Despite reduced numbers of carp anglers fishing the Carp Pond this year the numbers of fish being caught continues to rise. Leading the way is Dave Leggatt with a 20 fish haul taken over four forty eight hour sessions, the best of which resulted in 9 fish! Dave’s total has included a number of 20lbs fish including his biggest which weighed 22lbs 3ozs.

But Dave’s not alone in catching a few. Liam Howden has landed the biggest this season with a 24lbs 9ozs beauty and the superb 22lbs common shown below.
